Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been processed and fulfilled—which can happen within minutes of placing it—we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we’ll do our best to assist before the order is processed.

If your order has already been fulfilled, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
