If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the package in a secure location. Please check around your home, including porches, garages, and side doors, as well as with neighbors or building management who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
Be sure to double-check the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure the package was sent to the correct location.
Occasionally, packages may be marked as “Delivered” before they actually arrive. In such cases, please allow a little extra time for the package to show up.
